Board of directorsSinequa's Board of Directors comprises an exceptional group of individuals who have helped, advised and established various leading companies and organizations. Charles Rozmaryn, Chairman Engineering graduate of the École Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST), Charles Rozmaryn served as Chief Operating Officer of France Télécom from 1991 to 1995. Following the deregulation of the French fixed line telecommunications sector, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the second largest fixed line telecom operator in France (Telecom Developpement, later Cegetel) from 1997 until 2004. Charles started his career at the R&D laboratories of the Centre National d'Etudes des Télécoms (CNET) where he contributed to the development of digital technologies. He was advisor to the French Minister of Education from 1979 to 1981 for the introduction of new technologies in the French education system. In 1996, he was author of a major report to the French government on the digitalization of the French Healthcare System. Charles is currently a member of several Boards of Directors and a private consultant. Inès Sen Also a member of the Board of Directors of XAnge Private Equity, Inès Sen brings 30 years of professional experience, including five years in capital risk. For five years, Inès was Head of Strategy at the New Services Development Department of La Poste. Inès has special expertise in the areas of secure connectivity and was the founder of CertiNomis, the certification authority for La Poste Group, of which she was President for four years. At XAnge, Inès oversees a portfolio of six companies. Inès sits on seven Boards of Directors/Advisory Boards. Stéphane Allez Stéphane Allez is general manager and founding partner of Invoke SA, a software company dedicated to financial reporting. Since 2005 he has been involved in the management and the promotion of technological innovation for the company. He is a founding member of XBRL France and a board member of EDIFICAS (an association for the IT of the French Association of Chartered Accountants). He began his career in 1982 at the IT services company OCTOPUS that launched the first PC-based accounting solution. He was senior designer of the software packages LF-OCTOPUS (tax form) and 123/x (Lotus 123 connection). From 1982 to 1997, Stéphane has created numerous innovative software packages. He has worked successively for Sybelles Nastar and Nat Systems. He joined INVOKE in 1997 to lead the development of the Toscane suite of Accounting and Financial software, used by more than 5000 users, including prestigious groups like L'Oreal, SNCF, La Caisse des Dépots et Consignations, Groupe Accor , Crédit Agricole, etc. Stéphane Allez received his secondary education at Le Havre and holds a degree of the University of Rouen. Philippe Laval Philippe is CEO and founder of Kwaga, a startup developing a semantic assistant for email users. Kwaga offers a web service helping individuals effectively manage their mail inbox by using powerful semantic and best-of-breed open-source technologies. Before that, Philippe was the founding CEO of Sinequa and co-inventor of Intuition (now Sinequa Search Engine). Philippe has a PhD in computational linguistics and is a graduate from TelecomParisTech. Thomas Starkloff Thomas Starkloff is a Doctor of theoretical physics (SM, MIT and Dr. rer. Nat. University of Marburg, Germany) and holds an MBA from the French business school INSEAD. Formerly a partner at KPMG Peat Marwick, Thomas is currently an Associate at X-PM Transition Management and an Associate at Aurinvest. He also leads the Specialized Masters course for Information Systems and Strategy at the Management School for Europe (ESCP-EAP). |
